Doctor or mid-wife fills in pertinent details like time, date, place and other items that go on the birth cert.
The parents take the QR code and with a fee interacts with a system on ICP which creates a form encoded with L.O.T. and Mayan Majix Tzolkin information along with naming for the child. These files should be hosted on IPFS. The parents add more details to the cert with their names and the names of other family members. Then the NFT is generated and they can print it out or store it on air-gapped cold storage. Update 8-1-21: I’ve been asked about including Zodiacs to the document.
